Preeti
My name is Preeti, I am a qualified therapist and coach, and I would like to share a little bit about my journey and what got me here today. I used to personally struggle with debilitating anxiety so I can understand how scary it can be for someone to reach out for help, regardless of what the issue might be. I’m here to assure you that this is a safe and confidential space, that is free of judgement, the aim of my work is to help you choose you. Everybody wants to be seen in life, to feel heard, understood and validated, however we often think that needs to happen externally. The first and most important step is choosing yourself, choosing to understand yourself and in turn making better choices. This looks different for different people for example it may be finding confidence, tools for managing mental health, understanding yourself better, understanding relationships in your life, behaviour patterns, whatever it may be, this space is for you to give some time back to yourself.
The best decision I made was to start prioritising myself, understanding how I work, what I need to work on and where I need to be compassionate with myself. This in turn has helped me to live a much more fulfilling life and now I would like to help give that gift to someone else.
I am a big believer in the importance of education and self-development and I also offer workshops on specific topics. The aim of these workshops is to broaden understanding, encourage critical thinking and answer questions that you may have.
